Struggling with Christmas?

Hello lovelies,

I wanted to remind you all of the support that you can get over Christmas if this time of year is particularly hard for you. ‘Christmas comes but once a year’ – even though this year may be difficult for you, it will soon be over and you may feel relieved.


Don’t suffer in silence over Christmas, there are people there willing to listen to you whenever you need. They’re non judgemental and will do what they can to help and support you.
