Examples:

A. Fast cycling between Manic and Depressive Episodes.
B. Bipolar not primary disorder but still present.
C. Bipolar Disorder present in a Delusional Disorder,residual Schizophrenia, or other Psychotic Disorder Not Otherwise Specified( NOS ).
